Paneer butter masala:

time : 25 minutes
Serves: 3
Things you need :
1. Corriander powder
2. Garam masala powder
3. Kasthuri mehti leaves (dry)
4. Fresh paneer
5. Tomato puree & ketchup
6. Ginger garlic paste
7. Milk
8. Chilli powder
9. Butter
Add the following and mix them in a bowl :
- 1 tablespoon corriander powder.
- Quarter tablespoon garam masala
powder.
- Quarter tablespoon chilli powder and kasthuri mehti dried leaves
- 2 and half tablespooon tomato puree
(tomato paste from mixie)
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup.
- Add 150 ml milk and mix all these.
Now.,
To this , add fresh paneer cubes and turn off after 2 minutes.
1.Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a kadai.
2.Add GingerGarlic paste (wait until raw smell
of GG paste disappears)
3.Add fried onions to it( if necessary).
4.To this kadai,add the above mixture.
5.Now cover with a glass lid and simmer cook
for 3-4 minutes.
6.Add little salt to taste, and when butter
oozes out, add milk little by little(approximately 100 ml )-we add milk to make
a gravy of higher volume.
7.To this , add fresh paneer
cubes and turn off after 2 minutes.
